We want you to love every ANNE KLEIN purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
What You Can Return
- Regular-priced merchandise with original tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
- Items with original packaging and all accessories included
How to Return
- Initiate your return through annewomens.com
- Print your prepaid return label
- Securely package your items
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location
Return Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Items without original tags
- Worn or altered merchandise
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Allow additional time for international returns to process
Damaged/Defective Items
Contact our Customer Care team immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
